The SMPTE 274M standard document issued by the SMPTE organization gives details and definitions of 1080I and 1080P. The standard document defines eleven full HD formats, and three of them are 1080I interlaced video, that is, the resolution of each image is 1920×. 544 pixels, there are eight kinds of 1080P progressive video, that is, the resolution of each image is 1920 × 1088 pixels, which can be divided into 24P, 25P, 30P, 50P and 60P, 24P is the movie mode, 25P and 50P is the frame rate used by the PAL system. 30P and 60P are the frame rates used by the NTSC system. Therefore, there are three basic indicators of 1080P. The first is that the horizontal resolution should reach 1920 pixels and the vertical resolution should reach 1088 pixels. The second is that it must be progressive scan, and the third is that the frame rate is at least 25 or 30 frames per second. In this way, the number of pixels that the entire system can process at least 1920×1088×30=62668800 per second, which is about 60 million pixels per second, which is the exact meaning of 1080P30.
A network camera product consists of four components, namely an optical imaging system, an image sensor system, a video pre-processing system and a video compression transmission system. Only when all four components meet the 1080P30 metrics, the video transmitted over the network is the real 1080P30 video. ISP algorithm supporting 1080P30 massive data processing, including 3A image processing technology, namely automatic white balance, automatic exposure and auto focus, can also support including macro imaging, automatic de-blinking, automatic phase stabilization, defective pixel correction, backlight compensation, Various advanced video image preprocessing algorithms such as automatic switching between day and night mode, automatic noise reduction, edge sharpening, etc. On the image compression transmission system, an H.264 High-Profile full HD video compression algorithm that fully complies with ITU specifications is implemented. The code stream can support any decoder that conforms to the H.264 standard.
The MAY3G6000 has a processing capacity of 60 million pixels per second, which can fully realize the acquisition, compression and IP output of full HD digital video signals. At the same time, the MAY3G6000 is also a standard network device that can seamlessly access the user's network system. The user only needs to use a common computer to receive the high-definition digital video signal output by the MAY3G6000 through the network and perform a true 1:1 pixel-level experience through the 1080P display.
At present, there are very few network cameras that actually reach the 60 million pixel per second target in the domestic market. Many megapixel-level network cameras on the market now only refer to the resolution of the sensor, ignoring the frame rate, the performance of the optical part and the compression part and the final visual resolution. The actual output of the digital video signal does not reach the full HD. Standard, eventually the full HD video of 1080P30fps cannot be displayed on the display device. The concept of 60 megapixels per second clearly distinguishes products that truly have 1080P30 performance.
