1, the working principle of the circuit
The circuit schematic is shown in Figure 1. The circuit is mainly composed of a power supply part, a wireless receiving part, a data decoding part and a switch control part. The DC 12V power input receiver supplies power to the relay all the way, and the other channel is regulated by the three-terminal voltage regulator device, and outputs 5V working voltage as the power supply for the wireless receiving part and the decoding part.
Normally, the 10 to 13 pins of IC3 output low level, and the 4 relays controlled are disconnected. When the receiving module SH9902 receives the radio coded signal transmitted by the remote controller, it will output a series of control data codes at its output. After the coded information is decoded by the dedicated decoding integrated circuit IC3, the corresponding control data is output at the data output end. Since the four-way remote control switch is introduced in this paper, the working condition of each way is exactly the same. Therefore, here we take one of them. Take an example for explanation. Take the relay connected to D0 as an example. When the data signal is transmitted: 0001, the output data of 2272 is also 0001. In other words, the output of the 10, 11, and 12 pins of IC3 is low, and the output of the 13 pin is high. The level provides the base current to VT1 via R2, the VT1 is saturated, and the relay K1 is electrically connected. The electrical equipment controlled by it operates, so that the remote control of the electrical equipment is completed by the operation of the remote controller on the hand. If the selected decoder chip is M type, when the remote control signal disappears, all the data bits are all output low, and the controlled four-way relays are all disconnected.
