About the use of leakage protector, application introduction

Leakage protector is a kind of protective electric appliance which is more common in industrial and mining enterprises and households. Especially in hand-held power tools, it is more common. However, due to user's misunderstanding and incorrect use, the leakage protector is in actual use. It does not have the protective effect it deserves.

Leakage protector use occasion

1. Equipment and places where leakage protectors (leakage switches) must be installed:

(1) Mobile electrical equipment and hand-held power tools belonging to Class I (Class I electrical products, ie the product's protection against electric shock not only depends on the basic insulation of the equipment, but also includes an additional safety precaution, such as grounding the product casing) ;

(2) Electrical equipment installed in harsh places such as humidity and strong corrosiveness;

(3) Electrical construction machinery and equipment at the construction site;

(4) Temporary temporary electrical equipment;

(5) In-room outlet circuits for hotels, restaurants and guest houses;

(6) Socket circuits in buildings, schools, enterprises, houses, etc.;

(7) Underwater lighting equipment for swimming pools, fountains and baths;

(8) Power supply lines and equipment installed in the water;

(9) Electrical medical equipment in the hospital that directly contacts the human body;

(10) Other places where an earth leakage protector needs to be installed.

2. Application of alarm type leakage protector:

For electrical installations or places that cause accidents or major economic losses in the event of a power failure, a warning leakage protector should be installed, such as:

(1) Channel lighting and emergency lighting in public places;

(2) Fire-fighting elevators and equipment to ensure the safety of public places;

(3) Power sources for fire-fighting equipment, such as fire alarm devices, fire pumps, fire exit lighting, etc.;

(4) Power supply for burglar alarm;

(5) Other special equipment and places that are not allowed to be powered off.

3. In addition to the regular installation procedures for electrical equipment, the following points should also be noted:

1. The installation of the leakage protector should comply with the manufacturer's product specification.

2. The leakage protector marked on the power supply side and the load side must not be reversed. If it is reversed, it will cause the tripping coil of the electronic leakage protector to be disconnected from the power supply and be powered off, so that it will be burned for a long time.

3. Install the leakage protector. Do not remove or abandon the original safety protection measures. The leakage protector can only be used as an additional protection measure in the electrical safety protection system.

4. When installing the leakage protector, the neutral and protective wires must be strictly distinguished.

When using a three-pole four-wire and four-pole four-wire leakage protector, the neutral line should be connected to the leakage protector. The neutral line passing through the leakage protector shall not be used as a protective line.

5. The working neutral line must not be grounded repeatedly on the load side of the leakage protector, otherwise the leakage protector will not work normally.

6. The branch line of the leakage protector can only be used as the neutral line of the circuit, and it is forbidden to connect with other circuit working zero line. Other lines or equipment can not borrow the line or equipment after the leakage protector has been used. Work zero line.

7. After the installation is completed, the leakage protection of the completed work shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1.6 of the Code for Acceptance of Construction Electrical Engineering Construction (GB50303-2002), that is, the requirements of “Dynamic Action Test for Leakage Protectors for Power and Lighting Projects”. The test is carried out to ensure its sensitivity and reliability. During the test, the test button can be operated three times, and the load is divided into three times to confirm that the action is correct before it can be officially put into use.

4, summary

The safe operation of the leakage protector is guaranteed by a set of effective management systems and measures. In addition to regular maintenance, the operating characteristics of the leakage protector (including the leakage action value and the operating time, the leakage current value, etc.) should be tested regularly, and the test record should be made and compared with the initial value of the installation. Compare and judge whether the quality has changed.

In use, use the leakage protector according to the requirements of the instruction manual, and check it once a month according to the regulations, that is, operate the test button of the leakage protector to check whether it can normally disconnect the power supply. During the inspection, it should be noted that the time for operating the test button should not be too long. Generally, it is better to use jog, and the number of times should not be too much, so as not to burn internal components.

The leakage protector trips during use. If the switch does not find the cause of the switch action, the test is allowed to be sent once. If it trips again, the cause should be identified, the fault should be found, and the power must not be continuously forced. If the leakage protector cannot be used, it should be inspected or replaced by a professional electrician immediately. If the leakage protector malfunctions and rejects, the cause is caused by the leakage protector itself, and on the other hand, the reason from the line should be carefully analyzed. Do not disassemble and adjust the internal components of the leakage protector.

Horizontal Bend

Application scenario of horizontal bending

When the cable tray is laid indoors, if the straight section of the installation cable tray goes to the corner, it needs to make a turn. In this scene, the horizontal turn should be completed by connecting the horizontal elbow with the cable cable tray on both sides of the wall at 90 degrees respectively. If there is no other object at the corner of the corner, the Angle of horizontal bending can be 90°. If there are other objects, it can be designed to be 30°, 45°, 60° to fit on it.

The horizontal bend of a cable tray is an essential component in cable management systems. It is used to change the direction of cable trays horizontally, allowing for the routing of cables around obstacles such as walls or machinery. The horizontal bend is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications, where large amounts of cables need to be organized and protected.
Cable trays are used to support and protect cables in various applications. They are available in different materials such as steel, aluminum, and fiberglass. The horizontal bend is available in different sizes and materials to suit different cable tray systems.

One of the main advantages of the horizontal bend is its flexibility. It can be used to create a variety of angles and turns, allowing for efficient routing of cables. This flexibility also makes it possible to customize cable management systems to fit specific site requirements.

Another advantage of the horizontal bend is its durability. It is designed to withstand harsh environments and heavy loads, ensuring that cables are protected and supported at all times. The materials used in the construction of the horizontal bend are corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for use in outdoor and corrosive environments.
