Dongguan Architectural Design Institute undertook the lighting design task of the commercial center square of Songshan Lake North Industrial City.
Songshan Lake North Industrial City Commercial Center Plaza is located in Dongguan Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park, covering an area of ​​about 170,000 square meters. The central square is composed of food street, shops, cultural and sports activities center, leisure square and peripheral parking lot.
The design is based on the "Design Specification for Power Supply and Distribution System" (GB50052-95); "Electrical Design Code for Civil Buildings" (JGJ/T16-92); "Design Specification for Low Voltage Distribution" (GB50054-95); "Lightning Protection Design for Buildings" Code" (GB50057-94); Dongguan local electrical design regulations and information provided.
Lighting Design
Power supply
The square lighting is divided into two areas by the 25m wide pedestrian main road.
Each of the two areas has a high-voltage and low-voltage transformer room (building room indoor transformer room), the transformer room is basically in the load center of each area, and the two square lighting power control boxes are installed in the duty room of the high and low voltage transformer room in their respective areas. The power supply is drawn from the low-voltage electricity room in the area.
The power distribution system adopts TN-S system, and the power supply voltage is 380/220v. The water supply circuit of the pool lantern adopts a separate transformer before entering the pool (separate transformer and power distribution accessory are installed in the pipeline pump chamber next to the pool) The 220v voltage is transformed to a safe voltage of 12v and is powered by a Waterproof cable, thus ensuring the safety of the masses playing in the pool.
2. Lamp and light source selection
According to the style and characteristics of the square, energy-saving, beautiful, comfortable and harmonious landscape as the lighting design principle, the use of garden lights, square lights, building facade floodlights, tree pool green floodlights, lawn lights, buried color Seven types of lamps, such as lights and pool lights.
(1) Parking lot lighting
The parking lot is distributed in most locations around the square, forming a narrow strip car park. The parking lot lighting uses 6m high garden lights, each with 5 lights, and the floor is suspended on the light pole. The light source uses 26w high-efficiency energy-saving lamps. The total power of each garden lamp is 130w, and the distance between the poles is about 18m. .
(2) Leisure Square Lighting
The distribution of the building complex divides the entire commercial center square into a number of leisure plazas and event spaces of varying sizes. The square is mainly 6m or 3m high garden lights, 6m garden lights have 5 lights per pole, the light source uses 26w high efficiency energy-saving lamps; 3m garden lights have 1 lamp per pole, and the light source uses 70w sodium lamps. The ground floor and the tree pool are arranged with buried lanterns on the ground. Some tree pools are equipped with green floodlights. Some of the venues are also arranged with lawn lights and garden lights. The light sources are all energy-saving lamps or bulbs.
Among them, because a large tube display is installed in a main square, two 18m high square lights are installed in the viewing area instead of the garden lights as the main lighting fixtures in the area, so that it does not block the viewer's viewing line, but also The entire main square plays a finishing touch. Taking into account the viewing function and requirements of this area, the square lamp has a 6-lamp, hexagonal arrangement, and the light source adopts a metal halide lamp with high luminous efficiency and high color rendering coefficient, and the power per lamp is 1000w.
(3) Commercial center square road lighting
The main road in the square is 25m wide. There are many long-shaped pools with fountain water features on the central axis of the road. The two sides are neatly arranged tree pools. The whole avenue is divided into 3 strips about 20m wide and 2.5m wide on both sides. path of.
Due to the wide road surface of the main road, the ground paving is beautiful, and there are only pedestrians in the usual way, just like the promenade connected by many leisure small squares. This main road is mainly illuminated by a single-lamp garden lamp. The pole is 3m high. The 70w sodium lamp with yellow light is used as the light source. The garden lamp is arranged along the tree pools on both sides of the main road. The distance between the poles is 15~18m. The style and pattern, the buried lights on the sides of the pool in the middle of the square road with 18w energy-saving lamps as a light source to embellish the ground.
The narrower roads are arranged in a single row of 6m garden lights, and the lamp distance is about 18m. There is also a buried lantern to cover the ground.
In the shops of the square, there are also small roads covered with glass sheds. The shed lights or the lighting of the shop facade are used to illuminate the road. Two rows of 0.8m high square column type lawn lamps are arranged on both sides of the road as a guiding aid. Lighting; the lawn light source uses a golden golden 13w energy-saving lamp to reproduce the bustling scene.
(4) Building facade lighting
In order to create a bustling atmosphere of commercial buildings, highlighting the main body of the business, and expressing the outline of the building, a building facade floodlight is placed around the building. The light source is made of 150w metal halide lamp and supported by a 1.2m high light frame. One bracket is equipped with two lamps. When the design is refined, the facade lighting of some buildings is combined with floodlights and floodlights.
(5) Waterscape lighting
There are fountains on the main road and leisure plaza. Considering the safety and low water spray height, the landscape lighting of the pool is powered by 12v safe voltage, and the water column is projected by 50w pool lights. According to the different changes of the water column, the lanterns adopt different color variations or combinations to create a colorful and active atmosphere.
(6) Green lighting
There are large and small tree pools in the square. In order to express the vitality of the trees at night, green lighting floodlights were arranged on the tree pool. Install 2 18W energy-saving lamps for each luminaire, with green light. There are large green belts around the pavilion. Because there are fewer pedestrians here, it is more quiet than the bustling commercial street. It is a good place for tired pedestrians to close their eyes. Therefore, the lights here are not too bright, scattered places These low-power lawn lights are the best, so the 0.8m high lawn lamp uses 13w energy-saving lamps as the light source, slightly yellowing, and the green tree lawn together create a quiet and harmonious environment.
3. Lighting control method
The square lighting adopts two kinds of automatic timing and manual control. The two square lighting power control boxes are installed in the duty room of the high and low voltage transformer room in their respective areas.
Considering the nature of the plaza, the garden lights are normally open at night. In order to save energy, some unnecessary lamps can be turned off at certain times, for example, all the lamps are fully open during the period of more people; Buried lanterns and pool lights or other types of lamps.
Therefore, the control system in this design controls the type of the luminaire for each control box (or area). The circuit of the same type of luminaire is connected to a time control module, that is, it is turned on or off according to the time setting. The same type of luminaire. In special cases, manual control can be used to open and close certain circuits of the same type of luminaire. This design can reduce investment costs and play a scientific control role.
4. Line laying method
The two square lighting power control boxes are installed in the duty room of the high and low voltage transformer room in their respective areas. The outlet line is laid with the VV cable through the PVC pipe along the green belt. The laying depth is not less than 0.7m, and the glass pipe is worn through the road. Protection, the two ends of the steel pipe extend out of the roadbed 1m. The wire can not have a joint in the middle of the threading pipe. After the line is laid, the ends of the threading pipe are sealed by organic blocking material as waterproof treatment. For the pool lamp power supply circuit, after the transformer transformer is transformed, a waterproof cable is used to lead the pool lamp.
5. Outdoor lighting electrical grounding and lightning protection grounding
The RCD leakage circuit breaker is set as the line ground fault protection for each outgoing circuit of the power distribution box of this project. The grounding system adopts TN-S grounding system, and each lamp post is provided with a cable terminal block and a fuse for protecting and repairing the lamp. Each lighting power supply circuit is connected to the wiring board through the wiring board. The PE wire terminal is connected with the grounding bolt to form an electrical body. The grounding bolt of each lamp is welded with a 40×40×4 (mm) galvanized angle steel as the lightning protection grounding of the lamp. A common grounding body with electrical grounding.
Conclusion
The preliminary design of the lighting of the commercial center square fully considers the surrounding environment, the ground paving situation and the rendering of the atmosphere, and initially determines the power supply scheme and the appropriate lighting fixtures to play a role as a contour, but also to beautify in the final refinement design. And adjustment, and the actual effect has yet to be verified by the evaluation and actual operation of the masses after the completion of the square.
