StarVR has applied for and been approved for listing on Taiwan's TPEx Emerging Stock Market. The company's name in China is Red Star Technology Co., Ltd., and the initial transaction price was NT$69 to 96.
The total number of shares issued by StarVR is 482,800 shares, accounting for 3.11%. Starbreeze did not divest any shares related to the listing, while Acer divested 4.96% of the shares.
Last year, Acer invested $5 million in StarVR, raising Acer's shareholding in the company to 67%, a figure that is now falling due to its divestiture in the listing. Starbreeze's shareholding ratio remains at 33%.
StarVR has been providing solutions for a variety of location-based VR centers, including PVRK in Dubai, providing the company with eight different VR experiences. StarVR is likely to continue to develop StarVR helmets using funds raised on the market.
StarVR's team currently has StarVR helmet technology, including 21-degree field of view, eye tracking, lightweight housing, backpack wireless options and second-generation Fresnal lenses, which the company claims to provide high-definition for the entire visual field. image.
