In the clean shed, air conditioning systems, air showers, transfer windows, etc. are not considered. In the case of equipment, the cost of a clean shed is about 40% to 60% of the cost of a clean room, depending on the customer's choice of clean shed materials and the size of the clean shed. The larger the area that needs to be cleaned, the smaller the difference between the cost of the clean shed and the clean room.
