1. Understand the whole operation process before drawing, what are the important components in the planning system? Such as servo drives, motors, inverters, plc, touch screens, etc. The key points are the overall control ideas, the communication interface of the components, and the selection (such as motor power, speed, PLC input and output points, relay output or transistor output).

If it is 200V, a transformer is also needed. It is clear that the difference between active high and active low is effective.

4. Pay attention to the three-phase balance when wiring the power grid. The single phase load is connected to the phase and neutral lines.

5. All types of loads, such as PE, need to be grounded.

6. Each line needs to have a label at both ends. For strong power, xx (10 to 99) mark can be used, and for weak power, xxx (100 to 999) mark can be used to distinguish. Of course, it can also be marked according to the meaning, such as PE, U1, V1, W1, CW, CCW, and so on.

7, the thickness of the line should also be marked, can be estimated according to 1mm2 corresponding to 6A, the signal line with 0.5mm2. The specific thickness also needs to be queried according to the corresponding component manual.

8. Explain the meaning of each point. The corresponding connecting lines of each point should have corresponding marking instructions on other drawings.

9. Then plan the entire system, assign input and output points, and plan control logic.
