Problem Description: The active filter built-in reactor designed and installed in 10 kV substation has cracks during the test run, and the same problem occurs in the 10 kV substation of other units of the project.

Test plan: use the Fluke 435 three-phase power quality analyzer to test the harmonic content of the 10 kV bus, compare the harmonic content before and after the filter is put into operation, and analyze whether the active filter has a filtering effect. The reactor that comes with the device is caused by cracks due to its own reasons, or is caused by the power supply of Party A.
Test results: Before and after the active filter was put into operation, the 10 kV bus voltage harmonics and current harmonics did not change significantly. The measurement results of the active filter itself showed that the current harmonics decreased significantly. After discussion by the expert group of Party A, there are problems with the filter manufacturer parameter settings.
