1, line positioning

The accuracy of line drawing positioning is the key to installing the curtain track. Firstly, the fixed hole distance should be measured, and the size of the required installation track.

2, size

The customer's good size shall be the total length of the track, and the total length of the track shall be the sum of the main gearbox (motor), the length of the track, and the auxiliary gearbox. Curved tracks can be curved arc-shaped curtain tracks in accordance with the arc of the building (Note: arc not less than 120 °).

3, fixed installation lifting clip

After connecting the clip 90° to the track, install the lifting clip to the top plate with a self-tapping screw. (If it is a concrete structure, add expansion wire, connect the motor, and connect the motor to the rail: place 90° into the main gearbox.) Note: The flat rotating shaft of the main gearbox must be in line with the motor's interface.) Rotate the motor clockwise by 90. After rotating it into position, pushing the tab into the gear box to the limit position will lock automatically, and the motor will be connected with the gear box. (Note: Do not power on when not connected, so as not to damage the motor).

4, motor and track connection

Put 90° into the main gear box (Note: The flat rotating shaft of the main gear box must match the motor's interface) Turn the motor clockwise by 90°. After rotating it into place, push the tab into the gear box to the extreme position. Automatic locking, the motor is connected with the transmission box. Note: Do not power on when not connected properly to avoid damage to the motor.

5, motor program adjustment

There is a set of gears and micro-switching devices at the rear end of the motor. The motor connection requires forward rotation and reverse rotation to achieve self-positioning of curtain opening and closing stroke.
