Smart home system bus interface definition

1.CRMBUS system bus interface definition

There are two ways to connect the Corey House smart products and the system bus: one is the plug-in mode of the 8P8C crystal plug, and the other is the direct terminal wiring.

2.CRMBUS system sensor interface definition

Third-party sensors (or dry contacts) are connected to the Keli-House system in two ways: one is the plug-in mode of the 6P4C plug, and the other is the direct terminal connection.

note:

1 Coryn House smart sensor interface design External power supply output voltage DC DC12V soil 20%, output power ≤ 1W.

2 When the power of the external sensor of the user is greater than 1W, the power supply of the sensor should be connected to an external power supply, and the sensor signal should be connected to the “S, -” terminals.

3 When the power of the external sensor of the user is less than 1W, the sensor can be powered by the system of Cory House. “S” terminal accesses the sensor signal, and “+,-” end powers the sensor.

3. CRMBUS system USB interface pin definition

There are two types of USB interfaces used in the CRMBUS system: Type A USB interface and Type B USB interface.

8P8C bus crystal head manufacturing method

After all the lines are connected and the line is correct, the 8P8C crystal head (RJ45) is required for products that use the 8P8C plug connector to connect to the system bus.

The meaning of each line of the access bus crystal head is as follows.

1 (orange white) standby.

2 (orange) standby.

3 (green and white) represents the negative or power source AC-.

4 (blue) represents the negative power supply or power supply AC-.

5 (blue white) represents the positive power supply or AC+.

6 (green) represents the positive power supply or AC+.

7 (brown) represents the signal L.

8 (brown) represents the signal H.

The line sequence for making the bus crystal head is the same as that for the standard broadband line (568B). It is required that the user must ensure that each crystal head has the same line sequence when crimping the crystal head. Consider the need for future upgrades, even if the spare line is strictly implemented. After clamping the crystal head, it is necessary to apply a uniform force after each stroke. After the crystal head is completed, check it with the crystal head straightener until it is confirmed and passed.

After all the bus crystal heads have been manufactured, whether to use a bus tap or a manual tap, you must ensure that all bus pins 3 and 4 are connected to the OUT (-) terminal of the system power supply or AC- Terminals are connected. Lines 5 and 6 must be connected to the system power supply's oUT(+) terminal or AC+ terminal. Line 7 must be connected to the system's power supply's “L” terminal. Line 8 must be connected to the system power supply. The "H" terminal is turned on.

Lithium-boron Alloy

Lithium-boron alloy is a composite material composed of a brittle Li7B6 matrix phase with a porous structure and a ductile Li filling phase. The density is 0.88±0.04g/cm3. The appearance is silver-white metal. It is extremely unstable. It is easily deteriorated when exposed to air and reacts with water. severe. Lithium-boron alloy is mainly used as anode material for lithium-based thermal batteries. It has outstanding advantages such as high specific energy, high specific power and low polarization, electrochemical potential similar to that of pure lithium, and solid state above 600℃. It is a new type of lithium-based thermal battery. The excellent negative electrode material. Compared with the currently widely used Lithium-Silicon Alloy, the unit cell assembled with the lithium-boron alloy as the negative electrode material has better performance in both the highest voltage and the discharge working time.
