The AT90S2313 is an AVR RISC-based low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller that achieves nearly 1MIPS/MHz performance by executing a single instruction in one clock cycle, allowing designers to use the AVR core with 32 working registers. Linked to a rich instruction set, all working registers are directly connected to the ALU arithmetic logic unit. Allows a single instruction to be executed in one clock cycle while accessing two independent registers. This structure improves code efficiency for AVR.
