LED bulbs ? NiteN's new product, called the Lite 2D-LED disk, is expected to significantly reduce the cost of SSL fixtures, but it may be later. NiteN is expected to introduce 800 lumens to consumers in 2014, equivalent to 60W incandescent lamps, priced at about $10. Although it is not like an incandescent lamp inside, it should produce a uniform light in all directions and can be manufactured at low cost.
