Based on a Class D audio amplifier topology, the IRS2093M integrates three high voltage, high performance half-bridge driver channels and a PWM modulator. The new device's comprehensive protection features include programmable bidirectional current sensing to prevent overcurrent effects on the high-side and low-side MOSFETs. Other key features include logic-compatible inputs and floating PWM inputs.
