The new three board listed company Dart Lighting (832709) has made new progress in sprinting IPO matters.
Recently, Dart Lighting issued a notice saying that under the guidance of Great Wall Securities, it has received the counseling and acceptance of the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Commission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Among the 170 LED lighting companies listed on the New Third Board, nearly 80% in 2016 achieved profitability. More than 40 companies have achieved net profit of more than 10 million, accounting for more than 30%.
According to the monitoring data of the High-tech Research Institute LED Research Institute (GGII), the new three-board LED listed company had nearly one net profit of more than 30 million yuan last year. The main business of these enterprises also fully reflects the current differentiation trend of the LED industry.
Among them, there are two companies in the traditional packaging field, namely, Zhaochi Energy Saving and Jingke Electronics. There is a company in the lighting and backlight of the company, namely Tongbao Optoelectronics and Suijing Optoelectronics.
Landscape lighting last year, the market is getting better, and the number of orders signed by enterprises has exceeded the previous years. Dart Lighting and Wuxi Lighting were selected as two lighting engineering companies.
In terms of lighting foundry, Haoen Optoelectronics was short-listed. Last year, the overseas OEM market showed a steady growth trend, and the profitability of some enterprises continued to improve. The other two finalist lighting companies are characterized by the scale of single products, namely Kang Mingsheng focusing on mobile lighting and Owens focusing on light source lighting such as bulbs.
According to the data, Dart Lighting landed on the New Third Board on July 7, 2015. It is mainly engaged in the construction of landscape lighting projects and the design and maintenance of landscape lighting projects and the development and production of LED lighting products.
In the past two years since the listing of the New Third Board, Dart Lighting has actively carried out capital operations and completed two fixed increments over a year. A total of RMB 51.85 million was raised.
In terms of performance, Dart Lighting achieved double growth in operating income and net profit in 2016, respectively achieving operating income and net profit of 221 million yuan and 4,609,160 yuan, up 65.27% and 198.98% respectively.
It is understood that Dart Lighting officially announced on April 8, 2016, and disclosed the guidance stage of entering the initial public offering and listing, and began to sprint IPO.
The price of LED lighting industry has continued to rise since the second half of 2016, making the prospects of the LED lighting industry widely concerned and market expectations.
As far as the current LED lighting industry has disclosed 160 new three-board enterprises in the 2016 annual report, 160 LED lighting companies achieved operating revenues totaling 19.865 billion yuan, an increase of 2.814 billion yuan from the 2015 total of 17.051 billion yuan.
The government carries out many landscape festivals for landscape lighting projects or meets the needs of major events such as exhibitions and sports events. The construction period is often urgent, and the requirements for the artistic design level, product quality and construction site management level of the project are high.
At the same time, with the promotion of the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, the lighting engineering industry has begun to attract various types of social capital to enter, the number of related enterprises has increased year by year, and the market competition is fierce. At the same time, due to the small scale of most enterprises in the industry, the technology of R&D, design and construction is insufficient, the qualifications are not deep, and the competition is relatively disorderly.
Therefore, with the continuous improvement of marketization in the future, the lighting engineering industry will surely survive the fittest and there will be a new round of integration.
