For example, in enterprises that need to sort materials, the method of manual sorting has been used in the past, resulting in low production efficiency, high production cost, and poor competitiveness of enterprises. Slowly, most enterprises choose automatic sorting. Aiming at the above problems, a low cost and high efficiency automatic material sorting device was designed by using PLC technology, which achieved good control effect in the material sorting process.
First, the sorting device requirements
1. Sorting process
After the system is powered on, the programmable controller first controls the start conveyor belt, and the blanking sensor SN detects whether there is material in the trough. If there is no material, the conveyor belt automatically stops waiting for the material after one cycle of operation; when the trough has material, the lower The output signal of the material sensor is sent to the PLC, and the PLC controls the conveyor belt to continue to operate. At the same time, the pneumatic valve 5 is controlled to be unloaded, and the time interval of each feeding can be adjusted. The material sensor SA is an inductive sensor. When the material is detected as iron material, the feedback signal is sent to the PLC, and the PLC controls the pneumatic valve 1 to select the material; the material sensor SB is a capacitive sensor, when the material is detected as an aluminum material. The feedback signal is sent to the PLC, and the PLC controls the pneumatic valve 2 to select the material; the material sensor SC is a color sensor. When the color of the material is detected as the color to be detected, the PLC controls the pneumatic valve 3 to select the material. The material sensor SD is a spare sensor. When the system is set to sort metal or non-metal materials of a certain color, the state of each sensor is memorized by the program to complete the sorting task.
