Key technology of installation and debugging: After the SCA signal is sent to the exciter, the modulation degree cannot be greater than 10% of the total frequency offset. If the SCA modulation is too large, it will interfere with the audio signal of the primary channel, resulting in degradation of the audio signal; if the SCA modulation is too small, the SCA decoding error rate will be high. The use of existing FM radio transmitters to implement addressable urban broadcasting and rural broadcasting is currently the best solution for achieving broadcast coverage. Under the current technical conditions, the method used to achieve the restoration of rural broadcasting is a problem faced by the government and the broadcasting and television authorities: whether to re-erect the barbed wire, or to use the existing cable TV network, telephone network, wireless FM network to achieve coverage of rural broadcasting? Second, the introduction of frequency modulation subchannel (SCA) addressable technology

Wireless FM broadcasting is a method of adopting FM modulation of a broadcast signal, and modulating an audio signal onto an FM carrier of 87---108 MHz, converting a broadcast signal into a radio signal through an FM transmitter and a transmitting antenna, performing wireless transmission, and receiving A broadcast method that is listened to by an FM radio or a dedicated FM receiving device.

The SCA addressable control technology utilizes the SCA subchannel in the FM broadcast baseband (the 67KHz used as the subcarrier of the additional channel in China), and uses the FSK digital modulation method to implement the broadcast addressing function, that is, the addressing. 四、安装调试的技术要点

目前,国内外调频发射机厂家生产的调频发射机(调频激励器)都具有SCA副信道接口(如:RVR、北广、成广、众传、凯腾四方、清华吉兆等),这种情况下,广播电台现有的发射机不需要做任何改造,就可以实现SCA信号的传输。具体连接框图如下:

安装调试关键技术:SCA信号送入激励器后,调制度不能大于总频偏的10%。SCA调制度过大后,就会干扰到主信道的音频信号,导致音频信号劣化;SCA调制度过小,会导致SCA解码误码率高。所以在调试中一定要注意调制度的调试。

五、工程实例

河北省承德县广播电视局于2009年5月恢复了调频广播,在恢复调频广播的同时,在县城主要干道、广场安装了调频音柱,定点定时实现对县城的广播。具体实施方法如下:

承德县人民广播电台的前身是承德县广播站,1988年11月8日正式建台,在县城南山和大黑山设立两个转播发射点,发射频率为98.5兆赫。县城南山信号主要覆盖县城周围及南部乡村,大黑山信号主要覆盖全县中北部乡村,以及承德市区、围场、丰宁和隆化等部分地区。

1992年,承德县广播电视局开始筹建有线电视网络,1994年成立有线电视台,2002年,因多种因素的制约导致广播电台节目停播。2007年8月,承德县局着手恢复电台播出工作,重新申请并得到批准使用频率为调频91.3兆赫和92.8兆赫。2009年4月24日开始正式开播,全天播出时间为15小时30分钟。早上6点30分开始播音,晚上10点结束。除转播中央、省、市广播电台新闻节目外,还主要开办本县新闻节目、社会新闻节目、资讯节目和听众热线直播节目。充分利用电话平台、短信平台和互联网平台,与听众实现互动沟通。

此次在无线调频广播信号开通的同时,承德县广电局向北京恒星科通科技发展有限公司购买了40只FM75-25W调频音柱,安装在县城主要干道和广场。每天早、中、晚定时开启调频音柱,广播信号覆盖全县,使久违的广播声音又回到百姓的身边,大大提高城区百姓的文化生活水平,受到群众的热烈欢迎与好评。

承德县人民广播电台将充分发挥无线电波优势和特点,计划下一步通过无线传输方式,要将全县每个行政村都安装调频收扩机、高音喇叭,实现农村广播“村村响”,将党和政府的声音传送到千家万户。同时还要逐步应用高科技手段,从单一的音频媒体向多媒体靠拢,通过多媒体送进电视机,将来还要通过互联网送到计算机,实现全方位的宣传,打造承德县的主流、强势媒体,为县委县政府和人民群众服务。

六、结束语

利用现有调频广播发射机来实现可寻址城市广播、农村广播,是当前实现广播覆盖的一种最佳方案。采用无线广播,既不需要繁琐的布线,也不需要专门派人进行线路维护,同时可以实现点对点可寻址广播。在发生紧急情况后,可以实现紧急疏散、紧急指挥等功能,并且不需要二次投资。在原有调频发射机的的基础上就可以实现紧急广播信号的传输。所以,利用现有调频发射机为基础进行扩展是农村广播覆盖的首选方案。
