The completion and acceptance of the provincial engineering laboratory project will be held at Inspur Huaguang Jinan Company. The meeting hired famous experts from Shandong University, Shandong Electronic Product Supervision and Inspection Institute and Shandong Engineering Consulting Institute as experts in the acceptance committee. Relevant leaders of the Jinan Development and Reform Commission attended the meeting. The experts of the completion acceptance committee carefully listened to the completion acceptance report made by General Manager Zheng Tiemin, reviewed the project related materials, and inspected the project construction site. After questioning and discussion, the experts of the acceptance committee believed that the project had completed the approval of the construction task and agreed to pass the completion acceptance. The Shandong High Power Semiconductor Laser Engineering Laboratory was approved by the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission in 2010. After a year and a half of construction, it has purchased 19 sets of R&D equipment such as electron beam evaporation table, laser dicing machine and laser splitting machine. Built a domestic first-class research and development platform. During the construction of the project, it will undertake one project of “863 Program†and 13 projects for self-reliance of enterprises; one of the achievements will be achieved, reaching the international advanced level; 9 national patents will be filed; and academic papers will be published and published in journals and magazines such as semiconductor technology. 3 papers; overcome many technical problems such as high-power semiconductor laser epitaxy, chip preparation, fiber coupling, etc., complete new product development and transformation of more than 10 projects, and achieve new output value of more than 300 million yuan.
The provincial engineering laboratory project undertaken by Inspur Huaguang successfully passed the completion acceptance, marking the company's comprehensive research platform for semiconductor laser epitaxial material growth, chip fabrication, device packaging and reliability verification. In China, a high-power semiconductor laser industry R&D and innovation base with a first-class level has been built, which has consolidated our leading position in the field of semiconductor lasers.
