Overview
The SM7012 is a power-switching chip with current mode PWM control. It integrates a high-voltage start-up circuit and a high-voltage power tube to provide a cost-effective solution for low-cost switching power supply systems.
The chip VDD has a wide operating voltage range and is easy to use in the charger field. The chip provides protection functions such as over temperature, over current, over voltage and under voltage to ensure the reliability of the system.
Pin description
GND 1, 2 pin chip ground, but also built-in high voltage MOS tube SOURCE port
FB 3 foot feedback input port
VDD 4 pin chip power supply, working voltage range up to 9V -3OV
DRAIN 5,6,7,8 pin D Yang IN of the high-voltage MOS tube, and also start the chip when the chip starts.
