The subject of "Low-cost Dynamic LED Light Source System Development" undertaken by Hisense Group Co., Ltd. innovatively developed an adaptive dynamic control algorithm, studied the LACC algorithm for controlling backlight according to ambient light, and the heat dissipation structure and temperature control algorithm of LED. The technical report shows that the main technical indicators of the LED-backlit LCD TV prototype developed by it have reached 600nits, 42 inches, color gamut 106.1%, contrast ratio 40,000:1, and LED-backlit LCD TV products have been mass-produced; Obtained 7 patents. After the acceptance of relevant experts, the research team completed the technical and economic indicators specified in the mission book.

Among them, the 45mil chip white LED has a luminous efficiency of 134.9lm/W at 350mA injection current, a color temperature of 4000-6000K, a thermal resistance of 7°C/W, and a 1500-hour aging test, and the device luminous flux attenuation is less than 4%.
